NHS Sends Students to State Culinary ProStart Competition
NHS Culinary Team will represent NHS at the Wis. State Culinary ProStart Competition in Milwaukee on March 14. The following students will head down for the entire day:

Update:
In preparation for the ProStart competition on Mar. 14, NHS’ Culinary team received an invitation to Lambeau Field for extra practice on Mar. 10.
Students also received tips from Executive Chef Heath Barbato. After their practice, Barry Melotte, from Melotte Meats, took the team out to lunch at 1919.
