Humans of NHS – Garrett Luepke

Rhieley Mulder, Student of Journalism

“I feel like I’ve grown since freshman year by becoming more mature. I feel as if I am a new person, who’s more caring and respectful. Advice I would give my freshman self is that time goes by too fast, and that is something I would carry with me for the rest of my life. You should have no regrets and you should push yourself. You are always capable of doing more than what you think. Something I would’ve done differently in high school would live more like myself. In all, my favorite high school memory would be going to state with the boy’s basketball team. The support felt by the school is something I will always remember.” — Garrett Luepke, class of 2020
