Although I was prepared to take the ACT on its intended day, I am very glad that our district is taking the correct precautions in order to keep our students safe. I am nervous (and extremely curious) however as to how and when we plan on making up the ACT. I know the college board is taking the steps to move AP testing online, so is this a possibility for students taking the ACT as well?

I was very surprised to hear that the ACT was canceled, especially since the school originally planned to stay open just so that the juniors could still take the ACT. My biggest wonder now is when we will go back to school, especially since we can no longer go back on the 6th.

I’m shocked at how long this digital learning environment can possibly go. The fact that the ACT was cancelled shows just how much people are worried about the coronavirus because it’s a pretty important test that students need to have for college. I just wonder how long school will be shut down.

I think that with all the news about whats going on when this lock down ends it confusing for us kids cause in a way we don’t know when it will hit. when we can go back to school but i know that they are doing their best as a district to keep everyone updated as much as they can

Honestly, I was very surprised that the ACT was canceled; however, I am understanding of it and appreciate the precaution and care the district has for students’ health. My only thought now is when will they reschedule it?
