Every sneaker enthusiast knows the feeling of coming home to a new pair of shoes on your doorstep. The two week time frame from when you order the shoes to when they arrive just builds up the suspense even more. But after they finally arrive you are struck with an immense amount of joy just rushing through your body. You pick them up from your doorstep and take them inside slowly admiring the weight of the box. You cut the tape and take out the shoe box and WHOOSH! The box has been opened and the smell of lavender and strawberries fills your nostrils leaving you feeling at complete peace. You slowly unravel the wrinkling paper and take out the shoe, the feeling of the shoe just massaging your hands as you hold them. Finally realizing you’re able to hold them in your hand is just magnificent. The best part of all is when you finally get to put them on your feet, it feels as if you’re gliding through space. Getting new shoes might be the best feeling of all time.
