As you sit on the couch watching PBS kids, you look outside to see that it is dark but mom hasn’t made dinner yet. As you walk to her room to tell her that you’re hungry, she looks over at you and asks what do you want to eat? As you think about what you want, the one thing you want, “Mcdonalds” as you tell her your request. She stands up and say these words majestic words “OK, I’m fine with that.” The joy and rush fills your body with joy as you rush to the door. The car roars to life as you back out the driveway the small five minute drive to Mcdonalds. You just can’t wait for the joy still flowing through your body, and that’s when you see the bright yellow double arch in the air as you sit in the line of cars already thinking of your order for a happy meal. They take your order and tell you to pull forward to the first window then you pay. Then the moment it happens, you get your happy meal. The bright red box, the toy, and the food inside.
